This holiday chalet lies above the village, with marvellous view into the valley and to the local mountain Grimming. Very quiet, on a sunny hill, next to an empty stable.
Distances: Next village Öblarn 2km away, bathing lake 10km, swimmingpool 2km away.

Ground floor: Spacious kitchen with seating corner, wood stove, electric oven, stovepipe, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machines, toaster, etc., living room with couch corner and SAT-TV, bath with shower, WC.
Upper floor: 4 bedrooms with wash basin, bath with tub, WC.
Oil central heating. In front of the house there is a fenced garden with marvellous view, seating place, charcoal barbecue.
