The chalet is only 5km away from Allerheiligen- Mürztal in Jasnitz.
Distances: the nearest big village Allerheiligen with shopping facilities: 5km, the starting point for the ski-tours on the Hochschlag: 500m, the closest ski resorts Alpl: 20km or Stuhlegg-Semmering located approx. 30km away from the chalet. There are also hiking trail starting right in front of the house.

The chalet has a cosy living room with a dining table, couch, TV set, a kitchenette with a wood stove, an oven, a cooker ( 2 hotplates), a refrigerator, coffee-maker. 3 double bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower and 1 WC. Heating is with the tiled stove. In front of the house: a roofed sitting place with a grill facility and a streamlet.
