Location:

Sunny and quiet location. Next village Muehlbach (shops, train station, restaurants) 2km. Ski area Wildkogel 3km, lake 3km, hiking tracks in front of the chalet.

Facilities:

Inside the house was completely rebuilt and renovated.
Ground floor: Farmer's snuggery with couch corner and tiled stove. Kitchen living with electric oven, wood stove, stovepipe, fridge, coffee machine, dish washer, microwave and seating corner. Shower/WC, sauna with shower, exit to the terrace with seating items, barbecue and loungers.
Upper floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 WC. Central heating, SAT-TV, radio, CD-player and high chair available. In front of the house there is a swing, a small playground and spacious meadows and free space. 4 mountain bikes, 3 children's bicycles, trampoline and table tennis available.

Additional Costs:

Electricity, local tax, bed linen can be rented, if needed.
