The chalet is located in a quiet area close to the ski lift in Aineck, the cross country skiing tracks, a natural frozen surface, the hiking tracks and the routes for the horse-drawn carriages.golf court in winter. The chalet is only a few meters away from the the bike lanes, the hiking tracks and the 27-hole golf course in summer. Enjoy the warm summer days swimming in our well kept pond right in front of the house.

Ground floor: cosy living room with a corner seating unit for lounge and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 WC.
First floor: 2 cosy bedrooms, one is with a double bed, bath, WC and cable-TV and the other one is with a double bed, couch, shower, WC and cable-TV. In front of the house a roofed veranda with a big grill facility. You can also fish in the pond. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and fire wood are all available in the chalet.

Local tax, final cleaning EUR 50,-. Free usage of the wellness area in the 4*-hotel of the owners 3,5km away.
