Location:

The house is located at the sunny town centre of Kolbnitz.
Distances: The shops, tennis, ice-skating, swimming bath, and skiing facilities are all within a walking distance. Horse-back-riding facility: 1km/0.6miles. There are two different cable railways traveling over the hohen Schoberboden (2.237m above see level) and leading to the mountain station, which is a great starting point for hiking tours to lakes and meadows with great view of the surrounding scenery. The Großglockner-Mölltal bicycle trail and entrance for rafting tour on the Möll mountain are located in the immediate vicinity. The Moelltal glacier provides pure skiing fun from October-May and is located only 25km/15.5miles away from the chalet. Shuttle bus to the glacier stops at the village. The Millstaetter lake is 19km/12miles away from the hut.

Ground floor: Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher, a living room with dining table, couch and a corner seating unit, TV, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath tub and a WC.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, a room with a couch, shower/WC. Central heating. In the front of the house: sunny terrace, garden with arbour, a grill and deck-chairs.
