Location:

The new comfortable holiday house is located in a quiet, sunny area between Maria Alm and Saalfelden and with beautiful view over the „Steinernes Meer".

Distance: Golf course: 500m, close to the Tauern-cycle tracks, Ritzensee 3km, Zeller See 12km, shopping facilities and inn 1km away, Next larger village Maria Alm or Saalfelden in 3km. Optimal starting-point for hiking tours! The owner's farm is about 50m away.

Facilities:

Ground floor: Cosy snuggery with a dining table, fireplace, couch, cable-TV and full-equipped kitchen with electric oven, stovepipe, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle, microwave and the exit to the balcony. 1 doubleroom, shower, separate WC, an electric ski-shoes dryer.
Ground floor: 1 double room with a balcony, 2 three-bed-room each with 1 double- and 1 single bed and (one is with a balcony) with cable-TV. Bathroom with a bathtub and shower, separate WC. Central heating, hot water boiler 300 liters. Infront of the chalet: a spacious garden with a seating place, barbecue, loungers and a pond.

Additional Costs:

Waste, local tax, bed linen can be rented. Pets: EUR 20,–/stay.
